Neil, I attended the Horse3 event with my good friend, Gail Campbell. She asked what I enjoyed the most, and I realized it was your demnonstration on Sunday. She suggested I should let you know that.
I didn't see you work on the other two days (too much to see, too little time) but Sunday was great! It brought back memories of working cows with my uncle and grandfather years ago when I was just a teenager. It also brought back memories of how scared I have been that my current horse is scared of cows! We're both getting better.
I really liked the calm slow way you worked with the horses and cows. I'm considering your extended clinic in July, as I'm looking for something to do with my riding horse. I also got the bright idea, when you were talking about how any horse can be trained to do this, that I might just have to see if I can get my mini gelding to work the flag or a ball, and maybe eventually a calf. I figured a soccer ball might be big enough to start with, but Gail suggested a tennis ball.
Anyway, thanks for offering some inspiration.

Hi Neil- just wanted to thank you for a great clinic and tell you how much I enjoyed watching and participating. The format was great- small groups made it easy to focus. I feel that my little filly and I made great progress and I have some better tools to be a better horsewoman. Your patience over the four days amazed me, as did your ability to assess and correct issues. Hope we see you back in the fall.

Thanks again

Dear Neil:

I have been meaning for quite some time to write you and thank you for your
wonderful clinic that I attend in Murillo(Thunder Bay)Earlier this year. It was a real
pleasure to watch and learn as you demondstrated your skills to all of us.
I'm the woman who had the large-ok big- black and white draft cross, Cherokee.
He has the beautiful markings on his face. I had the melt down and was a nervous
wreck while trying to hold it together and learn.
Anyways, I jusy wanted to let you know that of all the time spent with me, the one
thing that was ingrained in my brain was to ease up on his mouth and push him forward
to where I want him to go. While trail riding back here at home,
I would ride with a loose rein, prepare my "tools"before asking him and it worked great!
That one important lesson has helped me immensely and I wanted to thank you.
I hope to see you again.

Sincerely,
Sandra Fillion

Hi Neil, Kathy and Amie:

I just wanted to write you guys a note to state that we were very impressed
with the No Boundaries Equine Challenge. It was very well planned, and went
extremely smoothly for a first time event, and promises to be even better in the future!
